WCC - Research Library

Mission Statement:
The W.C.C. Library contributes to the promotion of the history, heritage, and culture of the First Nation people, particularly to the Eastern Woodland area.
 
Background:

  • Major collection of contemporary books and current issues
  • Collection of First Nations newspapers, magazines and journals
  • Extensive collection on the Royal Commission Report on Aboriginal Peoples, general anthropology, residential schools.
  • Founded in 1972
  • Housed in five rooms on the main floor of the administration building
  • Uses the Library of Congress Classification System
  • Materials are easily accessible

8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
